OU has done a pretty good job of stopping the run so far is probably a big reason. They’ve also been stacking the box forcing Bean to beat them.
No they haven’t come close to testing their run defense - 12 times in a half ain’t squat especially when your playing against the worst run defense in the big 12 who is over 65 yards per game worse then any othr team in the league. - as a matter of fact they are like ranked 122nd out of 131- you have to legit test that kind of run defense more then that

OU game planned to stop the run by stacking the box and forcing Bean to beat them. Despite the records, OU does still have far superior talent to KU. And now with OU up multiple scores, KU isn’t going to be able to run as much because they need to pass to try and catch back up since the defense isn’t stopping them today.

The D will need to figure it out at halftime. Find some energy.

The pace that Oklahoma running so up tempo like they were saying on the radio just catching KU just like no rythm off balance - -speed.- - GREAT STOP at the half - - HUGE STOP. gonna needs lots of that in the 2nd half get this turned around
