The ladies dominated this match totally. -Took the lead in the middle of the 1st set and never trailed again the entire match. Crawford and Bien were awesome , way to go ladies o to the next round.
This Oregon team was no joke ranked I think they said 19th in the Nation and had quality wins over Stanford - - Colorado & UCLA good job ladies

Didn’t really get into the sport until I dated someone who played at Stanford. Been a follower of the game ever since.

I really started following the ladies back in oh like maybe when we went to the NCAA’ s and made that final four run. Didn’t even have any idea how exciting it actually was.
Some of those rally’s are just crazy - -the digs, and mercy some of those ladies can blast that ball holy crap it goes hard. - Good Start tonight. That’s probably the best I seen the play for awhile

Been lucky to have access to some pretty good VB on the West Coast. The Pac-12 (mostly UCLA and Stanford) used to dominate the national Final Four, going back to the Pac-10 days. Washington has a good program too, with a title in 2005. Oregon is just so-so in conference, but usually gets hot come tournament time. Glad we could cool 'em off.

Well we did really good then cause this so so Oregon team has beaten UCLA - - - Stanford - - Colorado so they must not be to bad - at least this year and we getting hot at the right time

Was hoping Ole Miss could pull off the upset. No such luck. Creighton in straight sets.
So it’s KU and Creighton tomorrow night on the Blue Jays’ home court. 7 pm CT start.

Regional is at Pittsburgh. First semi is sixth-seeded Purdue vs. #11 BYU at 10 AM Central, followed by KU-Pitt. Match is on ESPN + . Winners play Saturday 3 PM CST.
Final Four is in Columbus at Nationwide Arena on Thursday the 16th. Championship match is the following Saturday starting at 6:30 Central on ESPN.

Well here is another Match on a Ranked team’s home floor. - Ladies going to have to come out focused and play 1 set at a time & 1 point at a time. We knocked off Creighton on their home floor, maybe there were some teams over looking the ladies that opening weekend - -that won’t be the case now - -tighten up and do what you do ladies. - -One thing that happened Oregon and Creighton neither team went on long scoring runs and seemed like KU managed to play from in front most the wekend. - -keep it up Ladies & good luck.

Well Big game for the Ladies here today in the Sweet 16. We ought to be really proud of these girls, very young but they are putting people on notice.
Game starts at Nonn on ESPN plus, if it’s a slow day for ya looking for things to do - - check em out, hope they give them a game gonna be tough. - Pitt is # 3 Creighton was 31-3 - Pit is similiar pretty powerful hitters - yet we got some players - - nothing to lose at this point - - why not us ? - -Gonna Watch - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Meanwhile, I noticed that there’s another team from Kansas in the D-II tournament. Washburn leads West Texas 2-0 in their quarterfinal match. One set away from the Final Four.

so they haven’t started yet as far as I can tell. went to the NCAa web and it sent me to some lady re ranking the 16 teams - -KU # 15 at the present. I heard on ESPNU after the purdue game was over they said the KU game would be about a half hour

Well still really proud of our Ladies , think they have a bright future , tough way to lose but they fought. We got some really good young players - -we’ll see ya again. Just not QUITET there yet. Pitt with 9 Aces , couldn’t keep Pitt from going on big runs - - still really good year Ladies - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Tough end to a great season, losing to Pitt in straight sets. Still, with a young team, there’s lots to look forward to next year.
