We had a beautiful day and I still wasted most of it until 3 watching ball so I went out. Listening to Duke TCU on radio in car and I could just tell people would be complaining about the calls. Seriously. I heard Evans make a 3 and get fouled and I thought, right, he got fouled. Announcers mentioned nothing about Evans not being touched. I see it on twitter a few minutes later confirming what I didn't see. Then I eat get back to the car and listen to "foul tcu", "foul tcu" etc. Then I hear the announcer say oh that's a goaltend and a foul on Duke, then they pause and say something like I guess it's not.
Duke fans then have the absolute I want to punch them in the face gaul to tell TCU fans well if your guys made shots you'd be in the game, conveniently leaving out their scorers were on the bench with fouls.
Oh and guess what, after we beat St. Johns we get to play Duke. Last time we played them in the tourney they were fair to us so maybe this time too.

It'd be a glorious end to Self's career if (we get past St. John's), we're getting f'ed by the refs against Duke and he gets a couple Ts, gets tossed and just immediately heads down to Florida to retire in peace. He'd never do that, of course, but loyalty is gone in college sports, so why not.

I'm having a hard time watching any other games, TBH. Basically two mid majors left with Highpoint and Nebraska. It just seems like the NIL has killed the tournament by sucking all the talent out of the mids to sit on the bench in the majors.
Texas is not a Cinderella, sorry.
