Selection Sunday + Bracket Challenge

So the only thing that would surprise me today would be a 3 seed.
We’ve beaten some top ranked teams, but have lost to some not top ranked teams.
We could lose in round 1, or make a run.
Kind of a mystery this year. If we face a big athletic team, odds go down.
So, I guess that could make for intriguing watching. Go Hawks! Please…

Not a fan of seeing St. John's as our 5 seed. They play the extreme physical style of ball that KU has struggled with the most this season.

don't really like playing a California school in San Diego but whatever we made out bed. Just had to beat Cincinnati and Arizona state

you think Zuby would have any motivation in a St Johns/KU matchup?

I’m not super worried about Cal Baptist but St John’s will beat the daylights outta us. I’d be shocked to see us keep it under 30.

Beat Cal Baptist and whatever version of St Johns we will face. St Johns lost to UConn by 30 three weeks ago and last week beat UConn by 20. And then we get Duke it looks like. Will DP be a beast and will Flory get it going.

Ha typical selection committee. If we win game 1 we face a HOF coach and Zuby. If we win that we play Duke who we've already played this year.

@Texas-Hawk-10 That's exactly what I was just coming on to post. St John's will show us what physical is. Going to be interesting to see a Flory / Zuby -at least I'm think that's what it will be right ?
I suppose we MIGHT be able to squeak a possible win against them but sure wouldn't want to bet any money on it. I think they got some pretty physical guards too/- -They pressure some and we usually melt against pressure just act totally lost.
Guess we better focus 100 % on our 1st game or they way we have played at times , we won't hace to worry about St Johns because we won't make it .

I like our bracket. It's a meat grinder. Let's roll. If we get rematches against Duke and Uconn, I'll be thrilled.

It will be interesting to see how B12 two seeds fare... I don't expect much out of Iowa State even though they probably have an easier road than Houston
