Just witnessed a car from mizzery getting a traffic violation!!! I walked by and the police officer had his window rolled down…so I calmly stated “throw the book at him, he’s from mizzery!!!” The cop smiled.

Nah…better yet: if its a small sub-micro-mini-compact vehicle, the kind with a 3cyl engine…just put a big proud Missouri alumni sticker on the little miser across the back window (to make it miser-y…).
