I think I’ll go with Houston. I lived there for almost 9 years. Attended several games. Watched Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler - Phi Slamma Jamma - Those were good times. Also, Sampson is someone that I could root for.

I’m not hopeful tomorrow as UW plays BYU but that’s where my hopes are. After that i just cheer for BIG/B12 teams and whoever is playing Duke or Kentucky. Really not hoping to see a UCONN 3peat either.

Pulling for ALL the Big 12 teams- - Would actually like to see BYU have a deep run , man they got some guys that can really stroke the ball. Can’t remember who said it last night but they were saying they went and watched BYU practice and was really impressed by the amount of guys that stroked the ball so well from deep.
Would love to see them make a run , but in Reality I think Hoston makes the deepest run —that’s ok Big 12 rep

@wissox I think he’s one of the most underrated coaches around but I also liked Huggins even tho most on here hated him. I like the hard nose guys and wish Self would get back to a little of that.

The only thing I REALLY want out of this tournament is for Cooper Flagg to fall flat on his face. Literally and figuratively. I hope he face plants so hard at mid-court that his nose leaves an impression in the hardwood. Then I hope opponents start flying FlaggFace Flags. I hope it catches on so globally that every time anyone anywhere makes a blunder it will be known as a FlaggFace move. But I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Michigan State. Just because Izzo has been there a long time and seems to run a decent program.
That said, I could easily be talked into rooting for almost anyone else at this point because I’ve got almost zero enthusiasm to direct toward any team.

I’ll root for Big 12 teams and the underdogs. Drake, New Mexico, McNeese St, and Colorado St so far. I root for any team playing against Duke as well.

Knueppel’s little bro was on TV tonight here in the Wisconsin semi finals. Wonder if their parents went to the State game in Madison or the Duke game against a 16 seed. Little bro plays for state title tomorrow. Lots of miles on the car/flier miles accumulated this season.
Not sure how the NCAA sets these games up. But just wrapping up are the Fears brothers. Like the NCAA really couldn’t have scheduled the two games at different times so the parents could watch both? I’m sure there’s been other conflicts with players out there as well.
