So we not only get slapped in the face and our head grabbed with no foul but now we get elbowed in the face and it’s a foul on us??

I've been watching basketball since the day I was born and I've never seen a ref call a foul on a guy who gets elbowed in the face after they originally called it on the elbow swinger.
