I would think if s all the signs, posts seem to be saying then this recruitment wouldnāt last very long.
It came down to KU/Indiana before & those were the ONLY TWO he took official. visits to, so you would think something will pop soon.
Of course you have some of the Indiana fan base saying Bill was still talking to him even after he had signed his NLI , insinuating Bill was tampering/ what a surprise.- -Others have just said Woodson has screwed the Pooch - -hasnāt talked to McNeely since he committed and things like that.
Now I know it would be a total knee jerk move BUT could Indiana REFUSE to grant him release from his NLI ?

Thank god Liam decommited from IU. Donāt think there was a single net positive 3 point shooter in the recruiting class other than passmore and Iām not sure he can be relied upon immediately to contribute

Someone can correct me if Iām wrong but itās my understanding they recruited him longer. Also his family loved their tradition. Like Iāve seen Indiana people say that his familyās favorite movie is Hoosiers.

@TYOHawk Will be funny to see the spacing if we have those two plus Hunter but pair them with KJ and Juanā¦ causing screenshots of teams still not guarding those two so passing lanes, driving lanes and the ability to maneuver is yet again in shambles

One thing about this recruitment to keep in mind is it had been hinging on Furphy going pro. That had seemed like a lock until more recently. I do wonder if that may complicate things.

With the possibility of Furphy returning and possibly influencing Liamās decision - --Why couldnāt Liam play the 3 and Furphy the 4 ?- -or visa versa. --Furphy decent shooter -adaquate rebounder , Liam good shooter, ok rebounder, donāt see why they couldnāt make it work.

I donāt have total clarity on whether McNeeley is that dude or they want more of a bench sniper role for him (my guess is the latter) but there are always various scenarios that will play out from now until the draft.
