Playoffs

Funny i was just listening to ESPN radio and guess who is the leading rusher all time in chiefs playoff history? Patrick Mahomes! Wild stat to me but makes sense in terms of them being one and done with Marcus Allen and Christian Okaye
-
@kjayhawks Marcus Allen being 2nd is pretty surprising to me. Did he play more than the one postseason with Montana - 2 games? If not wow. Damien would’ve played 5 games I believe.
-
I think this is really cool!
-
I’m pulling for the Chiefs also but, you all know I’m my huge Packer fan too. No one thought they would make it to the playoffs especially when they were 3-6. - Seen this today , just keeps surprising me. Saw where that GB is the First team in NFL History in the playoffs to have scored 48 points in a single game , Had over 400 yards of total offense with zero turnovers , & zero QB sacks allowed.
Then I see where Love has been better in his 1st yr starting surpassed Favre & Rodgers both in thrown TD’s 32 & less Int’s then Favre & Rogers -pretty good , future is bright. Like they were saying on the NFL network, GB bette pay Love now, don’t screw around and lose him

20th most points scored by a playoff team. Pretty good!

kinda weird something not jiving somewhere as I saw this tody, but they were talking about a first year QB too possibly - your riht Still really good going against what was supposed to e such a great defense
-
@jayballer67 Actually, the Packers/Cowboys game did have the most combined points in history of NFL playoffs, and that might have been what you saw.
The most by one team was 73 points by da Bears in 1940. Their total combined points also was 73. Redskins scored zero!

I dunno bud , cause it was from a Packer site , but they were saying Gb most. It’s no biggie your more likely right, I’m just happy with how they have came along and the future looks really bright with that group of receives we got and Hollywood Jones & Dillion as our RB
-
Couldn’t be any prouder of my boys. Was 5 minutes away from making it to the Championship , Future is really bright. - -& I’l say this I think Detroit will beat San Fran’s ass , Purdy was not impressive at all, our kicker cost us this game plain and simple-- --been inconsistent all year long. - -But a great year - -looking forward to next year, I love what we got

No, I think the weird desire to worship analytics cost you the game. 4th and 1 at the 11, went for it because analytics says that is best. BS, when GB had not demonstrated any domination in the run game. A 9.5 pt underdog going against a great defensive line should take any points possible. If they had been gaining 4 to 5 yds regularly, sure, go for it.
Anyway, good season. I will be consoling my GB fan friend here later today–his golf cart is green with all types of Packers logos.
Just hoping he doesn’t have to console me, too…
-
@AsadZ Keep 74 off the field and our chances to win skyrocket

The Chiefs dropped 51 on the Texans a few years back after falling way behind. Must be a Green Bay record @jayballer67.
-
@dylans Good suggestion. Actually tied the GB record. They scored 48 in 2011 also.
-
Let’s go chiefs
-
That was super close to a forward pass
-
Was that ball actually in the air?
-
Stupid play calling could cost the chiefs, tho I’ll add if you have to look at a play for over 10 minutes, you legally shouldn’t be able to over turn it. That’s not obvious
-
Omg grab the ball
-
@approxinfinity they had their chances for sure
-
Nance really jinxed that kick by Bass. I always feel bad for kickers when they miss with the game on the line.
-
Other than the hard man fumble a nearly perfect game by KC offense

No I helped , I said even before they snapped the ball, I said to myself - – Self , watch he is gonna miss this lol – sure nuff he did. Yay me lol
-
Awesome! Great game, finally clicking everywhere! Just no mecole hardman! Ever!
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich happens!
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich not as bad a Hardman was gonna feel!
-
Hardman was just trying too hard on that play. I still think he can be a good player moving forward.
-
I honestly think the bills were pretty fortunate to have a chance to tie it near the end. They had 2 fumbles of their own and 1 chiefs fumble bounce their way. They had a likely pick 6 dropped and a turnover on downs inside the chiefs 35. It’s usually a game of inches and it was tonight. The chiefs were just a few of those inches from blowing it wide open and winning by 17.
-
@kjayhawks The luck went all Buffalo’s way until that kick. 3 fumbles went their way or it’s a blowout. If I had sideline tickets to the next game, superglue would mysteriously be put on Hardman’s seat on the bench to keep his ass there.

It’s Buffalo, missing FG’s in clutch spots is their legacy.
-
Ignore the bad spelling, this cracked me up.
-
@dylans I just wish they’d stop acting like it’s Brady vs Manning 2.0. Allen has to win something for that to be true. Mahomes vs Jackson is more like Brady vs Manning from the stand point it’s the conference title and Jackson has an MVP.
-
I feel bad for Buffalo fans as I know the feeling.
Buffalo ran the ball really well, Chiefs could not contain them, however, Chiefs D did not allow a single play of 20+ yards.
This was huge for Chiefs victory.
-
@kjayhawks Unanimous MVP + probably mvp this year too. If Jackson wins a Super Bowl it completely changes the narrative around him. FWIW I feel like the winner of the Chiefs Ravens game would be the favorite in the Super Bowl regardless of what Vegas says.
-
The Mahomes and Reid pairing has really limited the opportunities for other afc QBs to shine.
-
There is talk of Bills making coaching change to get Belichick.
-
@dylans Jackson only has the Super Bowl left to conquer but he has really developed his passing game. Made teams that passed on him in not only the draft but the offseason a few years ago look like fools.
-
@kjayhawks I love the draft evaluation they gave him - should switch to receiver. some teams never got over their first impression.
-
@kjayhawks Ravens would not give him an extension last offseason and were ready for him to walk off.
-
Chiefs are 3.5 pt underdog vs Ravens, kind of makes sense as Ravens have home field advantage and Jackson is having an MVP year.
If Chiefs can score 21 + points I like our chances.
-
@AsadZ how’s their kicker? 🫣
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Tucker has the highest made field goal percentage in nfl history. Only kicker more accurate than Butker. Kicking game will be on point. (Not sure about Baltimore’s punter)
-
@dylans how about for distance?
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Both can hit from 60. Butker is younger. I expect perfect kicking.
-
This is shaping up to be a tough game for Chiefs, hope they can pull it off.
-
Jeez, we have a pretty scary DNP, out and questionable list.
No Pacheco could be brutal.
I hope most of em suit up!
-
Nandi & Thuney are out.
-
Ravens are playing at a very high level and are at home. Their strength (run) is Chief’s weakness, not a good proposition.
Their D is solid.
I am banking on Mahomes playoff experience, if Chiefs can score 21+ pts, I like our chances.
-
No Toney.
-
Hot Potato
Attack the zone, move the ball
-
Oddly calm today. In Mahomes I trust.
