We had 11 here for spiral ham and some chicken breasts cut into strips (we had a non-eater of pork). Made my own lemon pepper marinade because apparently KC Masterpiece doesn’t make it anymore. Oil, lemon zest & juice, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and maybe something else. Need some xanthan gum, and maybe something to sweeten it a little for next time. Pot luck providers brought coconut cake, Easter breads, beans, potatao salad, etc. Easter feast and The Masters. Good day had by all! Hope you all celehrated nicely, too!

@mayjay sounds like a delicious spread. Had the luxury of taking the week off. Tomorrow it is back to the grind. I slept in several days this week and suddenly i am remembering all my dreams. Hopefully i can stay unburnt out for a stretch here!

LOL, had a frozen Digiorno’s for Easter dinner, but it was because we’re at the beach in Florida and who really wants to spend time in the kitchen when we’re doing this for the first time in my life?

I have been in Lawrence with family this weekend and am headed up to campus tomorrow for an official college tour for my son Monday morning. Nice to be back and the weather has been spectacular. Chance of rain tomorrow, but that’s par for the course in April in KS

We get Red Baron quite often because it is under $5…edible if not great…thin crust for us reduced-starch types…AND we are lazy!

Have fun!!! Soak it up, worst life decision I ever made was coming home from the beach on my honey moon. Had nothing to come back to, why’d I return?!?
As for Easter — We went to a rockin’ birthday party with about 80 people!!! - lol my grandmothers 90th birthday 🥳

That crust is inedible…lol. Go to Aldi’s and get their non frozen pizzas. It’s worth the trip.
