Tre’s game looks even better on paper led the team in points and rebounds. Second in assists while committing 1 foul and 1 turnover.

Saturday I watched the Badgers end Michigans undefeated season. Today I watch KU end ISU's perfect season.
-
Dooley had scout for game, great job!

Vintage KU game

Awesome game. That is the team we could see if we play turned up.

Darryn Peterson Highlights vs. Iowa State (16 Pts, 5 Rebs)
-
Tre White Highlights vs. Iowa State (19 Pts, 10 Rebs, 3 Asts)

Was it my imagination or did we not switch as much today on defense? I got so caught up in the beat down that i didn't pay that much attention.
-
Norm Roberts at the halftime said that they were doing a 3 switch up in the backcourt and 2 switch up in the frontcourt. Whatever they were doing, it was a great improvement.
-
Thanks Mr Tiller you were solid and tough
-
Yes it was. Good matchup for him and Flory.
-
Forcing 10 turnovers in the first half was such a vast improvement over the last few games. This is a very athletic team there's no reason to not cause havoc on that end
-
Imagine if they brought that effort on the road. That was their A game which typically you only see a handful of times in a season but it couldn't have come at a more opportune moment given how conference play has started.

well guys last night for me anyways was the FIRST night that Ku played a really good game with Darryn on the floor. Good movement , good flow & pretty decent defense. We lead wire to wire & responded to their run at the start of the 2nd half..
Everybody seemed to contribute in one way or another El Marko got after it on the defensive end. Plus one thing I had no idea is that I didn't realize that Jamari could shoot the three as well as he does, his main problem is on the defensive end because of his size teams try to post him up ,back him down.
Did my classic troll after games went to ISU board to see what their fans was having to say and of course a lot of them were boo hooing not as much about the game itself but bitching because they were saying Coach still had all our starters in long after they had removed theirs and how Coach kept ours in till 0;25 left in the game = = I thought serious?- -you just got curb stomped and your worried about when Bill took the starters out lol

I agree about our guys playing a really good game which on this board people were waiting to see. We made threes and handled ISU's intense pressure on the ball. We seemed to display a mind set that everyone understood their mission. The ball moved quicker and brisk like and DP and even more so Melvin probed and probed to find a crack in ISU's defense and went to the rack aggressively and don't leave out Elmarko who looked to get inside all game. I think Bryson only played 8 minutes in the first half. ISU went big most of the game and Tre would play physical on them down low. We achieved what until three games ago was the norm by holding ISU to probably their season low in shooting percentages and scoring. They went big looking for an advantage on the boards and got it resulting in second and third and fourth chances during a possession. We kept Lipsey from stealing overall and he is so good at finding a seam and finishing. We have four high level ball handlers in Mari, DP, TW, MC and EJ. A shout out to Mari he showed us his side warrior side again. Melvin beating his chest? Tre drawing a three point foul and looking at the bench tapping his inner brain. He was pissed when he missed the first FT and I said he ain't missing these last two. Elmarko swished two from the line so pretty. I wish we knew what went on in the players only secret meeting. I saw a team attack every play and it was impressive. We can win our next three and be 15/5 and 5/2. DP is still not hitting on all cylinders but keeps posting numbers on both ends. Bill has let them loose finally and now has the talent to compete.

IMO, one reason we played so well last night - 7 players. The more consistency you have the better success you have.
