ISU Game

Halfway through the 1st quarter and the game is going about as expected. ISU up 13-0 and KU’s offense and defense have both looked completely inept so far. Fully expecting KU to either be shut out or only score once ISU starts mixing in the back ups on defense.

@Texas-Hawk-10 is this the first game he’s played? I don’t recall seeing him before.

I don’t know might be crazy , good chance of that or maybe it’s just a reach but I just think you can see some pieces on this team, Parker , Potter , Harris , Grimm , Daniels , Hishaw, -for some, you can see the talent pieces kinda makes even more frustrating.
The thing the most that I can see or one of the bigger ones - is the dang O-Line - - if we could just get some better protection.
So young mercy, guess that means better things in the future maybe - - think so saw the graphic of whaa 14 Freshman have made their 1st Career Starts - -I know it might be a reach but I think we maybe getting close to at least being more competitive sure hope so. – ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

15 yds rushing in the half on 12 carries. Why does our Oline struggle/fail every year? I thought the Oline turned the corner last year, but this is the worst unit yet.

I think Beaty signed something like 5 HS OL in 4 years so that has a lot to do with it

So a question here is with all the players that we have had go down in this game plus the one’s already out without 3 of our top 5 receivers - - -no Fergurson , no Prox our top 2 punters -would you say we played just about as well as we could at this point and time with who we have ? All these freshmen?

Anyone else frustrated by the success of Coastal Carolina? CC has made the transition to D1 look easy. 15 years of struggle for KU, but CC gets ranked in the top 25 in its third year in Div 1. OUCH

ya I seen today while the game was on they were ranked # 20 and won their game today 51-0

@stoptheflop Recruiting to the Myrtle Beach area may be easier than to Kansas, especially getting players out of the more densely populated East coast and in the football crazy South.
