@BShark We can only hope these top teams beat each other up during the season. KU must take advantage. I can see ISU and TT splitting games. KU should split with ISU. TT is going to be tough in Lubbock. But they are due a few bad games. Baylor might beat TT in Waco.

@wissox I grew up in Madison…parents have season Badger football football/basketball tickets…then graduated from KU so I’m in your boat as a fan of both. I also read and occasionally comment on B5Q (bschultz) with you.
I’ll be curious to see how UW plays offense with 5 guys who can shoot on the floor again after Happ/Iverson leave. Happ has been great for them, but they’ve had to run their offense differently for 4 years because of his offensive limitations. Add in Iverson and it muddies things up pretty quick

@focojayhawk Cool! We lived near Madison for 4 years in the late 90’s. The Ron Dayne years were good years to become Badger fans! Of course Dick Bennett performed well which led to Bo and I couldn’t help but be hooked. I think I’ve seen you on B5Q. I’m there quite a bit, just a longer screen name than here. I enjoy the commenters here a lot better. Lots of whining and bickering there, especially during football season. Do you ever get out to Badger games?

Not sure how to feel about KSU winning. Certainly hurts ISU, which is good…but KSU now has a road win that we don’t have. WVU lost at home to OSU…they are in a world of hurt.

I read their blog, just read it. I think they have given up. Lost coaches and lots of transfers. Teddy buckets didn’t get cleared, weird they thought he would. Closer to Nebraska for his support group? Man do they hate us!

Yeah teddy’s situation was odd however from what I saw last year on wv board he was told to explore other options and was suspended a bunch of times so I’m sure that didn’t help his case. The offseason turnover is bizarre, certainly doesnt look like kids enjoyed playing for marsha

Austin reaves was pretty darn good and evidently he was Marsha’s daughters bf. I don’t know what happened, they hint around. But I’m pretty sure that was the main reason.

They have enormous short guy syndrome when it comes to KU. Probably worse than any grapes I know. Marsha is perfect for them, and plays up that aspect. I loooove seeing them this bad. The shit talk has been great. 0-3 in their league now, 7-8 overall. If they were in the valley, they’d probably make the tournament this year…

Marshall should’ve gotten out when he could. He effed that one up and now likely won’t be looked at for a bigger job in the future.
