@globaljaybird That’s why I try not to liveblog. I think people who get real negative on these blogs are just projecting something they have inside that bleeds out. It’s one thing to have a comment or two, but you’ll see 50+ terrible, negative posts in a row from the same people. When you point it out, they mock you by calling you myopic, Pollyanna, etc. I get to have my own personal reaction to the team I love, so I choose not to let negative people shape that opinion.

Kind of an odd game. Purdue had an unreal start but KU kept within distance. Then Purdue actually kind of sucked except for Haas.

It’s unconventional and honestly there are reasons I’m not a coach but right now, what is Swanigan doing all that well? I would strongly consider going to one big and having it be Haas as much as possible. This is extremely unlikely to happen, just my 02.

What’s interesting to me is when we played them back in 2013 or whatever year it was, both coaches played an intense defensive battle. Personnel changes leads to changes in style. This is not what anyone would call an intense defensive battle.

@KUSTEVE Good perspective Jethro. Most of the guys that used to live chat on these games have since stopped. This is likely my last year for it also. Way too many that seem to “act out” regardless of game flow. Too many downers to listen to.
