Hard to score as much when Self puts Lightfoot in there and plays with two posts. In crucial situations I doubt we will be playing two posts.

I love Mitch and players like him but he just isn’t ready and under normal circumstances is probably taking a RS.

Yeah announcers/sideline reporters can be clueless sometimes. KU flipped er on over to cruise control pretty quickly.

That’s it my friend. He has to be ready we are short in front court. Whether we like it or not we need this kid. Has to be ready. Us fans don’t have the luxury of breaking down this kid. We need to build him up.

It was tacky, it’s how the game is called these days but we saw a lot of whistle silence on other plays that were an emphasis earlier. Frank was hit in the face a few times and there was nothing.
Lightfoot helps us if he can play minutes without fouling. I think his potential to guard the pick and roll looks promising he’s quick.

I think if you can get his energy level under control as @BShark pointed out. He can be a minutes eater for us. And who knows maybe put in a few baskets.

@BeddieKU23 No defensive intensity this half. We were making it difficult for them to run their offense early, but not now. Seems like everyone on the team has 2 fouls, so they’re not as aggressive.
