    I'm sure these numbers are being crunched by every university, but Google reports Texas's football revenue for 2025 was $298 million with a net profit of $107 million. But, all the other Texas sports programs lost money, so the sports department shows a loss for the year. NIL funds come from a different pocket, but man oh man, $300 million of gross revenue. From a different source, Google reports KU's football revenue at 37 million for 2025. Say it ain't so, Joe. Like a new born pup running with the big dogs.

    @rockchalkjayhawk I agree on the offensive side they are pretty much running out the same group of TEs/WRs/OL and hoping that having Walker makes teams stack the box so they can throw over the top. I’m just not sold on that happening. Yes I think Walker is better than an RB Mahomes has had in his career but he’s had trouble staying healthy and he seems to be feast or famine in terms of it’s a 8 yards run or a loss. He’s a not Barkley, Cook or Robinson IMO. Defensively they just need guys that are paid top 5 at their position to actually play like it. Chris, George and Bolton are all very highly paid to be ranked in the mid 40s at their position.
