Josh Kushner's Thrive Capital would be among the lead backers of FIFA Forward Enterprise, which would oversee tournaments like the World Cup and Club World Cup. UEFA, which runs European soccer, immediately denounced the move. "It is not FIFA's to sell," UEFA said in a statement. "None of us are the owners of football."
