Definitely gotta say I didn’t see a near 30 point road win coming out of KU on the road, even if it was a really bad ISU team.
This is an elite defensive team this year. Marcus Garrett appears to be the one that’s stepped up as the leader of this team and they have taken on his mentality.

@BShark He has no hesitation at all when he wants to shoot. That can be a good and a bad thing but the amount of confidence he has is something.

Next year he will start and if Silvio doesn’t stay he almost won’t even have a back-up. Gonna get huge minutes. If he can develop a three ball watch out.
I hope Silvio stays but can understand his frustration.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Mentioned about Marcus a couple of minutes ago. Agree about Marcus stepping up and taking that leaders role, the kid is an Absolute elite defender, love his defense and tough as nails

ya heard the weather could be bad. - WIBW here in Topeka calling for that snowstorm , calling for anywhere from 2-5 inches plus , hoping it doesn’t reduce our crowd to much. – Maybe it will miss , but not counting on it

I’ll see what I can do. Any player(s) your specifically wanting. I think we know that Dot/Marcus/Ochai are playing heavy minutes, above 30.
Bigs tend to have higher PER’s because they don’t shoot a ton of perimeter shots.
I think the graph doesn’t tell the whole story on Braun’s rise. Ochai is gradually getting better. Marcus has improved leaps and bounds this season.

@jayballer73 Yes. With who we have signed now and Dotson leaving the roster is exactly full on scholarships.
@BeddieKU23 Agree. His raw point total isn’t up but he has been more efficient, slightly better from three and most importantly creating much more for others. 4.2 ast 1.5 to per game which is a better ratio than Dotson.

I heard this off a podcast. - Think about this guys , all we needed to win the game last night , all we needed in the 2nd half would of been 8 points. - That’s all we would of needed at worst to win the game. - -Iowa St scored 53 points , we had 46 at the half lol

These two naysayers GAVE UP when Garrett twisted his ankle. Of course, Garrett did come back so they can blame their unrealized predictions on that fact.
