I think if Doke wasn;t taken out of the game by that bad call KU is up by about 8 right now.

Doke is an amazing player ESPECIALLY in a 4 out. Imo it maximizes his strengths.

This is why I kept saying in the off-season that either McCormack or Silvio had to develop range to make a high-low work with Doke. Tristan is probably the best fit in that role for now.

The problem is that they can all shoot the 3 and Doke can’t defend out there.

DeSousa is the worst of the 5’s and why he plays the least. Only chance KU has is with Doke on the floor.

I feel like he would be a lot better if he took them more on balance but I might be hallucinating. At least he can make a guarded three.
He is a valuable piece but we definitely need Dotson and Doke to produce every night.

@Texas-Hawk-10 Well Dayton has made 11 3-pointers. At some point we have to stop hemorrhaging 3-pointers. De Sousa can at least guard the perimeter better.

How long does Garrett set? I’d say as long as it not more than -4

The biggest part of Dokes game yet to show is hitting perimeter shooters. I hope he’s showing he’s a capable passer by years end @BeddieKU23
