Dam Devonte G - - -nice start my man
-
Nice starts for some of our NBA guys. Good showing from Graham, although he’s really playing to impress another (hopefully better) team during a rebuild in Charlotte. I hope that he can get into a better situation (or be a key piece in the rebuild). He should get plenty of minutes either way.
-
Watching the highlights of Devonte last night seemed like a replica of his career here. Glad he’s getting an opportunity to shine. Take advantage of it while he can.
-
To be honest watching that game its very hard to see why Rozier is starting over DTG. Rozier has been all hype thus far in his career but DTG looked like the best player on the floor thru a few stretches last night. I realize both teams are in a rebuild and it was just one game but if he can continue to improve, no reason he can’t be a regular at this level.

looked really sweet. - - but man seeing him go 6-7 from the three- - - loved it, I hope so bad that he can make a stick and get some quality playing time.
Side note what about our other boy? = = Frank. - -hope he is hanging in , anyone know , is he on a roster this season / and where thanks ?
-
@jayballer73 He’s on the Bucks roster. They haven’t played yet.
-
Pretty sure I saw Frank will be in the G-League most of the time. I think he can play up to 25 games with the Bucks with his contract… Hopefully he gets some PT at some point

thank you. - - on the Bucks roster, hmmm - who is their pg? -man I want Frank to make it somewhere, I thought he played well in his minutes , when dude was hurt - - let’s see that is where fox was at right? - -wasn’t it Sacramento? - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@kjayhawks I don’t want to sound like some sanctimonious prick but there is only ONE Jo Jo
Damn, I do sound like a sanctimonious prick.
Oh well.
-
@jhawk7782 You know what, you’re right. The late great JoJo White is one the most overlooked KU players. But easily one of the best to dawn a Kansas Jersey. Thank god for old YouTube game clips.
-
It looks like Ben is going to be in the Rockets rotation for now. He played 14 minutes last night and had 6 points on 2-5 from 3. Hopefully he can stick there.
-
Another good game for Graham with 24 points and 4 assists off the bench, but, man, the Hornets are bad.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich they play wiggs team?
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Ya. Wiggins was okay. Wolves won by 20.
-
All BS aside I’d be shocked if the Hornets won 20 games this year.

I would think a team could live with that for sure - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Happy I put him on my fantasy team.
-
@ajvan He did go 1-13 Saturday night!
-
@ajvan I missed the boat. didnt expect others to jump on him like they did, being that he was a bench guy with Rozier ahead of him.
-
@approxinfinity @wissox funny story, ESPN crashed and kicked me off the site for my 3rd & 4th picks. I’d queued Devonte for late in the draft, so I got him at #3. ️ (Ja Morant at #4) Oh well. He’s playing great, though!
-
I really hope Devonte can make a name for himself in the league.
-
Devonte Graham with 35 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 3 steals, +/- 14 and the Hornets won 122-120. Awesome.
Hornets were projected to suck pretty badly but they’re 4-3 now.
Good for Graham and that team in general.
-
He had MJ smiling at the end. Great moment for Devonte.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich That’s our Boy - -this kid has always been special - - humble - - -infectious smile – just seems like a person that would be hard to dis-like - -pretty dam good little player - -wish nothing but the best for this guy - - Him & Frank were really special for KU
-
@jayballer73 Him and Frank were clutch. You could depend on them in desperate times. Hopefully Devon or Ochai can step up like that. Really looking forward to seeing what Moss can bring to the table.
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich That video is awesome! What a fun player to watch!
-
DG plays at 7 on tnt tonight
-

Devonte abusing the Bulls’ defense.
-
Where’s frank?
-
@Crimsonorblue22 He is in the G League right now.
https://gleague.nba.com/player/frank-mason-iii/
Looks like he shot the ball well in the one game he has played, but had 6 turnovers.
-
Devonte started tonight. Doing pretty well with 16 points but only 2 assts.
-
Frank averaging 6.5 TOs after 2 games.
Playing for the Wisconsin Herd. @wissox You going to catch some of his games? Get out the dogsled and mush on up there? (I don’t even know where “up there” is for the Herd…)
-
@mayjay No, but I might get out to a bulls game and see Devonte when he’s in town next month. Hopefully frank gets back to the league.
-
Benny Mac playing on fox sports Midwest
-
Not sure James passes the ball at all.
-
Devonte hit the game winner tonight against the Knicks, one of his 9 3s!!
-
I wish frank had an opportunity
-
I’m so happy for Benny Mac too

I think this every time I see that Graham had a good game.
-
Graham has a better all around game and is longer. Frank hustles his butt off. I’d take Frank back in a heartbeat, but his size a liability in the nba.
-
Mercy - - Devonte - - is just killin it. - -that young man gonna work himself into permanent big time minutes - -looks so smooth - -Get some big boy - do what you do
-
Frank is arguably the PG in Kansas history, his game just don’t transfer well to the NBA. I think he’ll continue to float around and hopefully land a solid back up role, which I think would suit him well. What makes Devonte’s game better for the NBA is not only size (taller and longer) but his range is much superior to Franks and was in college. I hope they both have good careers.
-
It’s all about opportunity! Thank God DG didn’t land w/kings!
-
Just like Fred v from WSU. Wow, ready when he got the chance!
-
That’s our boy , -Devonte , ONE of only FOUR players in NBA History to have 100 assists AND 50 - -3 Pointers in the first 15 games of a NBA Season.
The other three? - - Devonte in pretty elite Company. - - Baron Davis - - Steph Curry - - & James Harden - -Awesome Job Devonte - -keep doing what you do , get you some buddy - -were all proud of you. ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY
-
@jayballer73 WOW!

FROM ESPN: Graham might be the season’s happiest surprise, even if he’s not surprised. After a strong practice late last season, Graham approached Charlotte coach James Borrego and declared, “I’m ready,” Borrego recalls. Borrego installed him as Kemba Walker’s backup. He showed enough to earn the same job behind Terry Rozier. Graham spent the summer strengthening his legs so he could put more power into the off-the-bounce 3s that would make or break his career, Borrego says. And then, boom. Graham is averaging 18 points and seven dimes per game, and he has hit 41% on 3s. Charlotte has scored 106 points per 100 possessions with Graham on the floor, and a pathetic 93 when he sits. Last week, Borrego inserted Graham into the starting lineup in place of Dwayne Bacon. Graham is not giving up that spot anytime soon. He has been better than Rozier (by a lot) and everyone else on Charlotte’s roster. The next step is getting more comfortable finishing in the paint, but Graham has arrived.
