Indiana Is Trying to Sabotage KU's RPI
-
Yeah it was a crap loss for so many reasons.
-
Indiana down 2 at halftime. Can only imagine how bad they must be playing for that game to be that close
-
Fort Wayne happy, Indiana not so much. IU failed in OT. Perhaps KU climbs the ladder to #4. http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/game?gameId=400915120
-
Or is it Fort Wayne that’s out to get us!!!?
-
@BShark Too funny…lmao.
-
Nice article here about Indiana going to Fort Wayne. Mastadon coach sounds like a class act. http://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/despite-loss-give-tom-crean-credit-not-grief-for-playing-game-at-fort-wayne/

It would be similar to us going down to Wichita, which I hope never happens as long as GREGGGGGG is coaching there.
-
@BShark I would enjoy us going to Wichita because it would be a talked about and anticipated game. I’d also enjoy them coming to us. I’d much rather watch us play them than our next opponent UNC Asheville.
-
I’m all for playing WSU. In Lawrence or KC.
-
@wissox not me!
-
Well they beat UNC, there goes my witty theory.
-
Held up for a while…
-
@drgnslayr you are being rather nice, for @wissox fu. He will never hear the end of that! And he shouldn’t!
-
Its kinda crazy they have two great wins and one terrible loss.
-
ISU playing Cincinnati on espn, currently down 25-24 at the half, they haven’t look to sharp in this one, its in Ames.
-
@kjayhawks no magic?
-
The magic moved to Chicago, now all they have left is smoke and mirrors.
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Apparently not just lost in OT 55-54. Very low scoring and ugly. Boy the B12 looks like junk to put it nicely. I’ve now watched our games of coarse and at least one game by KSU, ISU, Texas, TT and OSU, and honestly KSU looked better than everyone but us of that group. We look head and shoulders above everyone to this point.
-
@kjayhawks except for Faylor, yes the Big 12 is down. To ensure a number one seed, I think two losses in conference would keep us in contention. Faylor will be the toughest

In the 50s in OT is reaaaaaally rough.
-
CyFan isn’t exactly taking this loss well. Lol.
-
Cincinnati gave out the blueprint on how to beat Iowa St. Slow down the pace to a crawl, take good shots and make them guard you. If you play to ISU’s tempo they get shots and they look better then they are because volume will overcome weaknesses.
ISU still pushes the pace after missed/made shots which was one of the biggest factors in why KU lost in Ames last year. I doubt we will slow the pace, we like to play fast as well.
Cincinnati has a nice team, they play a tough style of play that is hard to beat if you don’t shoot the ball. Washington- the transfer from NC St looks much improved and is an upgrade to what they had last year in the post.
-
@BeddieKU23 Coach Haase remembers that plan from UAB lol. Yes it looked like a old big east game where if you shoot in the high 30% range your good.
-
@BeddieKU23 ISU have any bench? How’s their big guy? Burton playing on the perimeter? Saw him throwing up a lot of shots the last game
-
They should be playing 9 guys once Young gets healthy. Morris is their only player I’d want on KU. Burton is decent and their 2nd best player by a lot. Long shoots more than he should.
