LATE NIGHT
-
@JayHawkFanToo it does truly suck! Come on down and watch it here, have to help me babysit
-
I think a couple of years ago TimeWarner and Cox showed the pregame stuff, then blacked out the game itself.
-
That does suck.
I watched the NY Yankees get smoked by the Houston Astros last night and they mentioned the game being blacked out in NYC even though the game was a sell-out.
-
I’ve got the TWC sports channel now and it shows three hours of programming related to Late Night starting at 6:30 pm.
I have to thank AT&T for sufficiently upsetting my wife so we switched from AT&T a few months ago. They told her they’d be at our house between 4:00 and 8:00. My wife rushed and got back by 3:50, only to see a note on the door that they’d come early and we’d need to reschedule. The tech left a number, and when my wife said she wanted them to come that day, he said they were already at another job … uh, not the right answer.
-
-
Gheez… I “liked” your post, even though your wife suffered through a big time frustration.
I see DirecTV and AT&T are bundling their stuff together -
Big things are here from DIRECTV and AT&T.
I suffer the outrageous expense from Cox in order to make sure I get as much KU as possible.
-
@HighEliteMajor I suppose all of them provide crappy service now and then. I have Cox (my blood pressure just went up 30 pts when I typed that) and while I usually have pretty good coverage, when I have service issues - Oh my goodness - I’m pretty sure the whole company doesn’t have the combined IQ of my shoe size.
-
In my area (Olathe) we have access to Comcast. Consolidated Communications (SureWest), Google and ATT (in the near future); TWC is not available to us. Of all the available providers, only Comcast carries the KC Sports Channel., and when I inquired about switching last year, I could not get a straight answer from them…there is a reason why the Comcast Customer Support Department is considered the worst of any business in the country.
-
Gosh… I had no idea your feet were that small!!!
-
I might take you up on the offer one of these days.
I don’t mind the baby sitting at all.
-
@justanotherfan ESPN3 cannot show anything on the video board and you have to suffer through their commercials, but Gurley is one of the broadcasters and interviews HCBS. It is better than nothing!
-
Gosh… then you are also welcome at my house! We’ve got two… 7 months and 2 yrs old.
-
My youngest grand daughter will be one year old in 3 weeks. The 15 year old grandson is out with his GF and my 13 year old granddaughter is spending the nigh with me since school is out tomorrow…she does not care much about baseball.
-
@nuleafjhawk they r listed as cox su… On my phone
-
@drgnslayr can’t the 20 yr old raise the baby??
-
Yikes… typo… I changed it now. 2 years old!
Sounds like you have your hands full. Baseball has to grow on you.
-
@drgnslayr I thought u had 2 babies!
-
That’s right. And now you see how bad of a bookkeeper I would be…
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Lol - that’s pretty close to what I’ve called them a bunch of times!
-
We get to see him play tonight! Weather its red team or blue team if the teams are balanced (and they should be) Diallo will be on the winning team. He is just too much for anyone to keep up with!
-
@Statmachine can’t wait!!
-
Anyone trying to watch on espn 3 app, it’s under college studio not bb. Says 7:00
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Last year I watched the entire show and it cut off before the 20 min scrimmage! Watching all of the other sports parade across the gym and the skits and then NOTHING! I wanted to throw my pc off of a bridge!
-
@Statmachine kinda like I’m feeling watching the royals right now.
-
-
I’m going to try watching on espn3 in kc using a free private vpn. Fingers crossed.
-
@ajvan work?
-
IT WORKS. If you have an iPhone, grab a free vpn app. I’m using VPN In Touch (iPhone). Get it running, then grab the WatchESPN app & enter your provider data. Voila…just in time for the scrimmage.
-
Why in the world is this a recruiting event
-
@DanR I think it’s cool.
-
Ok the student winning ten grand was cool
