@wissoxfan83 Not Lawrence but to Topeka. Many times. But from South Louisiana to Kansas is better than what I had to drive when stationed at Hurlbert Fld, FL. No interstate until Little Rock.

And even then, the interstate goes straight west which means you have to take a right turn and go north. And then the interstate ends for about 15-20 miles. Pretty drive, just a long painful drive.

@wissoxfan83 we turn at fort smith and take 40 to either Memphis or towards OKC to head to Texas so I’ve never been south of Fort Smith. You’re right it is pretty between ft smith and Rogers. Especially in the fall
