KU recently hosted Brown forward Nana Owusu-Anane. KU is not in a rush to try and secure a commitment from him at this time. I would be surprised if they do going forward. Doesn’t hurt to get the ball rolling on that front since the 4 spot not only needs a starter but a backup going into next season (unless Tiller is going to be the guy).

So weird that you can have in-season visits from guys currently enrolled at another school. Another reason we need better management from whoever the governing body is these days.

We need to go back to 4 guards. I feel like next year you’ve got flory center, tiller off the bench. Either zach or some other mid major big to be a 3rd big for depth. But go all in 4 guards. We had a good run with that last however many years. Don’t go to old school basketball and play 2 big guys. Since we’ve had Hunter and running 2 big guys we’ve been awful.

Big time talent in the portal already. Treysen Eaglestaff from North Dakota. Had 51 in a game recently, had 40 against Alabama. I dont need to say more. You go after and see where it goes

Definitely has solid numbers and can score the basketball. Best player on a team that went 12-21 and did have some stinkers as well (including all three games against St Thomas). Defense is abysmal so for me that’s a non-starter with Bill Self as I’m really hoping we can better identify playstyle fits this offseason.

Thx for the additional info. I watched some film and was aware of him due to his big games. I do agree with you, I feel like a broken record with the find the right fit theme this offseason.
