Speaking of which, when they interviewed Hunter and asked him how he felt about the season opener, he said something like “we dont get better than that. Im sure coach will be really happy” lol. He needs to learn Self speak.

I know Hunter was very excited to play in Allen so perhaps his own personal feelings instead of the team view comment there.

Ive enjoyed other players learning how to be public speakers at KU. All part of the process.

Certainly a bit different from Jalen and Ochai the past 2 seasons that were pretty much all business even with the media.
