Let’s face it… it was a thrill to see us score in the open court at the rim again! Remember early this year? Remember… this was going to be the fast-track team we always wanted. And now, for the most part, we are a half-court team once again.
This team can still get there. Score double digits every game off the open court. It starts with defense and defensive rebounding. Crashing the boards and pushing the pass up the court.
If we do this our offense numbers climb quickly and we are back on top being one of the top scoring teams in America.

@AsadZ I honestly worry a lot less on the Saturday games when we played Monday. You are giving this team and staff more time to prepare. I’m usually not worried in the NCAA about the first game of the weekend, its the second game I do. Not sure Selfs records but I know he has a winning one in the dance in all rounds but the elite eight game. Obviously in the first round it’s 17-2

Zach was on the latest Hawk Talk, he acted like it wouldn’t be long. He was very uncomfortable, or I thought he was. He was breaking up the crumbs of chips or crackers that were from a pkg that were laying on the table. KT was there filling in for Self so I assume they were his, it just went from commercial to Zach sitting there. I’m sure it’s on espn+, maybe it’s just me. I just wanted him to stop, like a mom.
