As a High School teacher in the Missouri Ozarks in the late 70’s, the Golden Girls would visit Missouri High schools and dance with the Male faculty as the students would laugh from the bleacher. I enjoyed the slow dances each year.

Liberty would’ve been an at large team last season and has made 3 straight NCAA Tournaments. Them losing to UMKC by double digits is a lot worse than losing to Liberty.

Remember, his parting gift from KU when he retired was a rocking chair. He hated KU but enjoyed the joke IIRC.

I remember that game, couldn’t beleive it. It was like whaa almsot seemed like no attempt to stop the ball wow. I guess they just hought there was no way he could drive the court that fast
