At least the Chiefs get the second half kickoff. Came from behind last yearā¦it CAN be done. Need to show a lot more poise though, especially on defense.

Tom Brady, Duke basketball and Yankees baseball can all cohabitate a section of hell with the refs, officials and umpires that enabled them, imo.

They all tend to blur together after a while, but Princeās show knocked me out. Springsteen was pretty good too. More recently, Bruno Mars.

Glad that I stayed at home to watch the game, instead of shelling out 25-30 bucks cover charge to get into a bar today. Only 25 percent capacity allowed here, so the taverns/restaurants are charging whatever they can get away with.

Been to the monument once and took some pictures, but it was real late at night on my way to Denver. Iāll have to spend a little more time there on my next trip back to KS.

Got to the big dance. Enjoyed the Kansas/Springsteen commercial and that was about it (kind of corny, but any time KS gets a shout-out, Iām good with it).
Pretty awful game. It hurts (F Brady), but Iām sure the KC players feel worse than we do. I sacrificed a few hours of my time, made a bunch of food for the game, enjoyed the season, felt confident, but itās not like I trained or put my ass on the line every day (although, I probably couldāve done a better job at left guard even after eating my nachos, meatballs, pigs in a blanket, guacamole, cheese dip, rye bread party pizzas, veggies and dip, and at least six pack of local Freestate beer).
I didnāt have a snack plan for the second half. Wasnāt expecting to get knocked on my heels and lose my appetite, so maybe I should have done moreā¦ Iāll try harder next season!

@Crimsonorblue22 The stats guys say that Mahomes ran 497 yards in the game last night on his scrambles and sacks. And much of that was going backward or sideways. On a toe needing surgery.
Time to trade for disgruntled Brown from Ravens (wants to move to left side) and draft well. Canāt have Pat literally running for his life again.
Anyway, wife and I are trying to find the bright side from last night. So far, 2 have been identified: no need to waste recording space on the DVR or time rewatching the game, and all the money saved on t-shirts, hats, cups, and postersā¦
If BB was more fun this year it would be easier to find an outlet for sports fandom!

If you donāt have a healthy Mahomes (and a couple people protecting him, itās gonna be an āLā) The defense is not good. And on top of not being good, had their heads up their butts most of the night. We can never rely on our defense to win games.

@nuleafjhawk they got 2 three and outs to start the game. When Mahomes and Co couldnāt put points on the board I think it was a kick in the teeth.
