@BeddieKU23 This may be just me but I don’t think Tom Crean is much of a coach. Since he took over at Indiana he has had only one really good team. I don’t see him running any KU team out of the gym.

@joeloveshawks Nah but Crean has a helluva Elvis Jet Black hair dye goin for him though… Wake wit da 3 at .035 & up by 50-45 at the half. Yeah!!!

@joeloveshawks I heard on espn radio that the whole campus finds Crean as a joke of a Coach. The story says that a professor came to class on April fools day and told the class that Crean had been fired and the whole class erupted in cheers. He then told them it was an April fools joke and they moaned. The whole time Crean’s daughter was in that class.

I haven’t been impressed with any component of Indiana’s defense thus far.
Kind of sad we missed on Thonas Bryant in the recruiting battle. He hasn’t produced much yet today, but watching his off the ball movement and seeing his motor makes me think he is the B2B post player that could have buttered Self’s bread.

WF 50-45 over Indiana. Manning playing only 7 players in the fist half and one had only 4 minutes. Hopefully they don’t dehydrate and cramp up.

A rim protecting 5 that can play and score with his back to the basket would cure a lot of the inconsistencies we have this year and had last year.
Too bad that type of player is going extinct.

Yep and they are encouraged to partake of that style of play as soon as they start AAU ball.
And by the way …I’ve said before, …I can’t stand listening to Bill Walton.
John Schiambi just keeps correcting his misstatements while Bill moves on the next incorrect statement.

Indiana’s defense isn’t any good but you look at what they are a live and die by the 3 team and that’s exactly the team that has an advantage against us. Indiana doesn’t look great but they will prevail.
Crean is a good coach, maybe a little overrated when comparing him to the elite coaches out there. I like how he’s adapted his playing style to what is trending, shows you he can adapt. Indiana has an exciting style of play but they struggle to stop anyone and they have little depth in the post.

boy Wake is starting to play like a team that is overachieving. They made shots the 1st half but this start to the 2nd has been ugly.

Luckily Indiana can’t rebound worth squat…so let them shot all the threes the want, but we should be able to limit second chance points. And I think that Mason and Dtae’s dribble drive will cause them all kinds of grief.

@joeloveshawks I have several IU buds and they despise him. They beg for the day he’s gone. BTW, I told them several KU fans want to fire Self, and they couldn’t believe anyone would even suggest that Self get fired. i guess its all about perspective because IU would practically beg to have a coach as good as Self.

@Texas-Hawk-10 Interesting about the AC. I was commenting during the game tonight that I expected the entire team to collapse at some point with cramps, and … nothing.
Probably more comfortable than the last couple games in AFH.

I noticed a couple of flowers missing from Walton’s lei…I imagine ol’ Bill rolled himself a nice Hawaiian scented fatty and up in smoke they went… :d
