@JRyman Great suggestion. Let us join forces to fight this NCAA non-sense

Here is the full letter KU sent to the NCAA if yall curious. I am suprised this is public, but at this point we might as well show everyone how poorly the NCAA operates.
-
Wow! What a read!
I’m starting to think the NCAA is operating like “The Wolf of Wall Street.” Lots of parties, open sex and major drug usage. What else could explain their complete disregard for personal (and organizational) responsibility? They hide behind a cloak of secrecy… what do they have to hide?
I’m guessing every night they party with Nike execs, who keeps them all happy with coke eight balls and Gran Patron tequila.
They are more secretive on their actions than Isis…

The more info that is brought to light about the NCAA handelimgs of not only Diallo and KU’s case the more and more the NCAA seems to be getting more than they are giving.
Just like FIFA this past summer. The IOC a few years back.
The more reporting that goes on in the public eye the more and more people will investigate and or come forward. Only to show how crooked the NCAA is and has been for years.
Perhaps like the IOC and FIFA the leadership at the NCAA headquarters in Indiana should be asked to or forced out of their positions and let new blood in.

Did you all see this?
LaRon McKinnis @LaRonJamesKC · 6h6 hours ago
Oliver Luck @NCAA is in charge of Cheick Diallo’s case. Luck was AD at WV. Luck gave $25K incentive for Huggins to beat Kansas. Case closed.

Oliver Luck joins NCAA
-
-
-
Luck seemed to have a role in his own NCAA Violations.
-
@HighEliteMajor Looks like he has a special interest in NOT qualifying Cheick too.
-
More fuel on the fire!
-
@Statmachine Kinda like the fox watchin the hen house…Clearly conflict of interest .
-
@Statmachine I knew there was some Fraking bias against KU in there somewhere!!!
-
@Lulufulu Yeah the letter from our AD was sent directly to Luck. How crappy is that?

I am a true homer, lets get that out of the way. Every game my Jayhawks, Royals or Chiefs play, any single call that goes against us, I think the refs are paid off. I even told my brother the refs were paid off at the beginning of the chiefs/chargers game and we won by 30. I realize that it is an overreaction. 99% of the time it is, however, The Diallo situation is what allows those crazy thoughts to enter into a fans head. As more and more about this situation comes to light, I do not feel like such a crazy homer every time I fear conspiracy against one of my teams. This case proves that there is indeed corruption at every level of all sports. When you begin to involve men and women who make and lose millions of dollars a year based off of these sporting events, teams and programs, there is bound to be corruption. I hope this is the only time my suspicions are true, but here is too every call that goes against my team being a conspiracy!

“Luck seemed to have a role in his own NCAA Violations.”
Heck yes. Corrupt organizations hire corrupt employees… intentionally. My bet is there was a lot more dirt at WVU… but the settled arrangement is what we read about in public.
I bet KU would serve the death sentence if they had athletes calling and texting out on the wrong lines.
This is like a bank hiring a convicted bank robber to be in charge of their own security.
Excuse me while I upchuck on the ceiling.

“Oliver Luck joins NCAA”
What a strange article…
"“Hopefully they’ll get somebody that talks with a twang,” Baylor coach Art Briles told ESPN.com’s Heather Dinich. “Let’s get somebody that understands what fixin’ means. Let’s get somebody from down in this part of the nation. Oliver was our representative, but last time I checked, West Virginia is a long way from Texas and Oklahoma. That’s nothing to do with him, that’s just the reality of the situation. I would certainly hope that we would influence the committee with somebody from this part of the nation.”
Are you kidding me?
No wonder the Big 12 gets no respect.
Why don’t we make the Big 12 slogan:
THE BIG XII
“FIXIN’ TA PLAY US SUM FUDBALL!”
