Have to petition the Commonwealth of Virginia for that. But a few years later that part of Virginia became West Virginia, so if the sins run with the land good luck finding anyone who will listen!.

On a more somber note, horrible news out of Virginia. It sure appears we lost many fellow Kansans on the Potomac.

Everyone lost.- -It had Olympic figure skaters from Russia they had been in Wichita for the event. Coach’s trainers, and family members of skates. Wichita holding a vigil at noon today- -67 people GONE
