@BShark oozing confidence

If we could hit some opens 3 it’d be nice lol
-
Big game for him. His improvement is noticeable with his back to the basket
-
Poor Silvio! I never thought he’d have this kind of season-so far
-
Why are the starters still in?

He’s still very raw, I’m not too surprised by this.
-
KU players not named Doke 8-10 at the line.
-
Maybe next time the Jayhawks go to Maui I’ll try to go… Hawaii is the only state I haven’t visited
-
Two down, one to go !
-
I think we are just playing toppin.
-
Jeez rock chalk flops?
-
Last time KU played Dayton, we held them to 43 points and Cole Aldrich dropped KU’s first official triple double in the second round of the 2010 NCAA Tournament.

I think the way we kind of need to look at it is - - Toppin is gonna get his, the key thing will be - -just make sure the other 4 that a couple of them just don’t go off for career days. - - Toppin is going to be a hard matchup with whoever we put on him.
Like Bilas was saying we put Garrett on him he just gonna post him up - - you put or try and put Doke or McCormack out on him he just take them outside. – So do the best you can on him - - Contain the others. – ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY
-
It’s like we don’t usually get credit for even having Jayhawks in the nba, but now negative news.
-
I’m watching post game, screw espn

Got to get better on our 3’s

That SFA coach just made himself a nice jump to a job at the next level, if he wants it.
-
@jayballer73 we either have to shut him down or make sure no one else beats us.
-
Salty little game for big Dave, him and Doke combined for 12 for 15 the from floor. Dotson finally had decent assists to TO ratio with 8 and 2 but continues struggle hitting shots. Think he missed about 5 layups, most which where contested but I’d still like to see him not only hit more of those but a few jumpers as well. He didn’t make a single shot outside of 4 feet according to the shot chart and that’s disappointing. Shocking Moss was just 1 for 5 from distance but looked rushed to me.

Exactly , agree. Like I said he is going to get his , but we have faced others like this before, example and yes maybe little luck was involved - -but we beat Steph Curry - -for one, we just got to make sure no one else goes off crazy

While Dave played well, it is incredibly clear that some of our observations are correct – and Bilas said it best – McCormack and Doke “don’t mesh well” on the court together. And Silvo basically being benched is just astonishing to me. I really wonder what is going on there.
Dave is a good player. Doke is a good player. But Dave is not a good enough high post player to make the high/low work. He’s really a poor passer. He should NEVER shoot that 17 footer. That’s the range of shots that in the day of the three pointer are the worst shots to take. The defense should invite that shot every possession.
Both Dave and Doke look really nice on the block. I don’t think this is going to work though, with the long term goal being a national championship.
This will be something to monitor. Maybe the biggest thing.
And Moss needs to just square up and stop drifting. He did that on a few misses.
