Grimes feeling it all of a sudden
-
By golly, we could hit 100.
-
GRIMES!!
-
Somebody’s been watching old video of Svi!
-
Guess who’s booty popping in the living room, this guy. That last run was all by underclassmen folks
-
Remember when we were complaining we couldnt score. That didnt age well
-
Grimes also has 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. I like this Grimes.

Super weird game. Offense was legit amazing the first 5 and last 5 minutes of the half. Basically did nothing in the middle 10.
-
Bill, we’re actually ahead on boards, 18-16.
-
I could do without seeing Chuck much. He is a lost cause and waste of paper.
-
We’re 6-10 from 3 and hit 10-10 free throws. Scoring is fun.
-
Michigan St Q for the rest of the season please.
-
I’d rather see Teahan. He can at least sink a shot and make better choices.
-
This team has a high ceiling. Imagine what the half time score would be if Dedric played closer to average Dedric ball, and Ochai found a little bit of swag back.
-
FT’s 10/10 and one more 3 the difference in the game…+2 on RB’s too… and -1 on TO’s…

I’ll take it. He just came alive those last 2-3 mins. It looked good and felt good too.
-
Great Shooting by Q! And Marcus finally got some of those drives to result in baskets.
-
Chuck’s single function is to give Dotson a breather.
-
How great would it be to see an equal second half here and win this one by 16?
-
Can the halftime crew take over for our game please?
-
I witnessed something unusual today at the UW game. During timeouts a guy in a Nebraska shirt stood with his back to the huddle staring at the Badgers huddle the entire time. UW had a guy in a suit, not quite as intently staring, but generally stared right back at the Nebraska guy, every timeout.

Oh come one…Now you’re just being silly!
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich double thumbs up. Those two guys are better than Fran and dish*t
-
@KirkIsMyHinrich I hope seeing his shot go through will open the rim so wide, he can’t miss the remainder of the post season. We sure need someone to step up way more like Graham. We all know Grimes has to be the one.

May it be dead and buried
-
@truehawk93 He’s on the Malik Newman trajectory.
-
@approxinfinity that is one positive going forward, I’m not sure this team has played great or as good as they can for more than a few minutes.
-
@tundrahok Fine, but keep the ball out of his hands. Limit his touches. He did nothing last night. He just doesn’t play much to do much. Self needs to tell him to handle and distribute. Do not shoot unless he has a clear path to the rim for a guaranteed layup.

Wv looks tired, 3rd game in 3 night both nail biters. Let’s jump on them here and see if Teahan can hit a 3.
-
I wanted to make a pic of Fran Fraschilla with a black cape and fangs and call it Fransylvania but I’m on a computer that apparently has problems with Flash. Oh well. I’ve been trained to ignore Duke half time BS.
-
@truehawk93 I agree 100%. He’s just the only one who can give Dotson a rest. I would be thrilled with a neutral impact by Chuck.

He has a sweet stroke. Maybe better than his brother.
-
@truehawk93 hes shooting 40% for the year, best on the team without Vicks 45%.
-
Everytime QG releases, it looks like money. His stroke is so pure.

Hilarious at the end of the LSU Florida game, the score was 73-70 Florida, 24 seconds left. LSU inbounds, the guard lets it roll up the floor waiting to touch it. All of a sudden Florida guard dives on the ball before LSU has even touched it. LSU managed to get a held ball out of it which led to a game tying 3, before Florida won it on a buzzer beater.
-
@truehawk93 this game agreed, good elevation on his jumper. looks great.
-
Indiana in the first four out. Should have come to KU, Langford.

Yeah, I understand that logic, but I’ve always wondered why players don’t do that very thing. Its so stupid to do that because it can backfire too easily.
-
My favorite thing is when they roll it up the court and then finally pick it up and dribble for 3 or 4 seconds

haha…just pick it up and hold it for 3-4 secs…not sure what the thinking is on that particular strategy.
-
ESPN is so stupid they can’t even get their boxscores right. It says we’ve made 10-10 FT’s and Grimes is 5-5 on 3’s.
-
Wonder what Konuts is going to do this half? Think Huggy plays him? Even if he does, he will be so off his game, he will either foul out or re-injure.

I mean April Fools is a couple weeks away right?
-
If Grimes carries us to the final four (like Newman last year), I’m OK with him going pro

He will likely go on potential alone. But his year has been so inconsistent. I think most NBA scouts will likely let him test, but doubt he’ll impress much.
-
Q made that happen.
-
If I saw Grime going in for a layup, I’d be ready to dunk the miss. If I was 6-10
