You would think he will he’s not playing 2nd fiddle this season. He’s the leader, he’s the senior. I think he’ll thrive under the pressure

Don’t get me wrong, I love Devonte. But I don’t see this happening. I don’t think he has “it.” Excellent player, yes. All-American, go-to guy, stepping in near to Frank’s shoes – not so much. Not a slam at all. It’s quite a deal to be an All-American/go-to guy. And we can still with the NC of course even if he’s not a first team All-American.
Subjective opinion for sure on the “it” thing. The Oregon deal has a bit of an impact though.
