I normally love games telecast on CBS but Saturday afternoons in Louisiana they air SEC games on the local CBS affiliate meaning we don’t get to watch here. Grrr…

Yep, vacation to see the kids and grandkids who moved here in November. Nice to see a big welcome sign at the airport. Tomorrow, whale watching boat. Saturday, beach. Luau Sunday. Rough life!

I expect this game will be fairly close even if Mack is still out of the lineup. Texas has played a lot of close games in conference play. They played us tough in Allen last year. I expect to get their best shot, whatever that might be.
Having said that, it would be great to see one of those 20+ point wins to rest some legs for Tuesday’s war

@RockChalkinTexas You could’ve at least waived for the picture lol. I’ve never been to Austin. I had a friend that lived there for several years and loved it at first but said politics took the place over and you cant move without offending someone, not surprising seeing some of the protest there the last few years, he’s been back in KS for a few years now. This game could be a trap game with how we have played at home the last few weeks and looking at the huge week we have next week. I love to kick Smarts butt again and get Frank and the boys a rest, get Lightfoot some pt.
