KU ROSTER 2026-27

Based on what I have read, the argument behind Melvin's lawsuit is that he was accused of rape prior to attending college and that these accusations, which were later dropped, forced him to go the JUCO route against his will instead of going to a D1 school, meaning that it would be unfair to count those JUCO years against his eligibility and deny him a full four years of exposure, NIL earnings, and coaching at the D1 level.

Way to shine a spotlight on your past, Melvin! nice.

Dude wants to ball and was never found guilty. It does show how bad he wants to be at KU.

Tre White is eligible to return to college basketball if he so chooses. He has played well in the G-league so I assume he will try to play in the NBA, though a case could be made that he would make more money returning to college.

@Jayhawk_69 would take him back in a heartbeat

Well, I for one am glad that so many student athletes are willing to devote another year to their educational pursuits.
-
@mayjay are you being sarcastic?
-
@crimsonblu22 mayjay is just jealous he doesn’t get paid to play.

@approxinfinity Paid to play? Technically, I am, so no jealousy here. Although this is our 4th move since I retired, and fixing up a house and eventually moving yourself is a helluva lot harder than my desk jobs were!

@mayjay nice
that does sound like more fun than being filmed and scrutinized by the public on tv.
