Spain and Cabo Verde still scoreless in 86th minute.

0-0 draw between Spain and Cabo Verde. This might be the most stunning result in World Cup history considering Spain are the favorites to win the World Cup.and are the reigning European champions.

Loving the parity. These nations with lower expectations are proving that while the expansion of the field to 48 may indeed be a money grab, it can also be very exciting and make World Cup an even more inclusive global affair.

They said the Cabo Verde’s goalie’s instagram followers went from 50k to 2 million after the game.

Of all the games I have watched so far I must admit that Qatar is the worst team in this World Cup.

I can’t comprehend how they even managed to qualify.

My fav game so far was England vs Croatia.

Ok, other than the USA game.

Btw, that injury to the Canadian player was brutal. Ugh, hate to see that.

Qatar Dude may not make it out of the country!

We are in the drivers seat and a loss to the Aussies probably still means coming out of group stage. Given that, I hope we play fearless soccer and kick em right in the down undah!

USA USA USA We watched Mexico last night and they spent more time talking about our game than they did the So Korea and Mexico game. So many ads and there is a 2 hour pregame? The best thing I have found is all the Europeans over here for the first time and realizing that we're not at all as we have been portrayed nor is there gunfire in the streets. Just an absolute kick to see them try Walmart/Cotsco for the first time, trying different foods, my god Norway and the row, Tartan Army, donating to hospitals and caregivers, no one there is going to ever forget the joy they experienced. I believe life long friends have been made and the generosity shown during the WC will endure for many years to come, and reciprocating with trips back and forth for both sides. They are amazed there REALLY ARE YELLOW SCHOOL BUSES. They thought they were only in cartoons. It's made me realize how great a country we have and to not take it for granted. They thought we were aloof because not everyone had a passport, but after visiting just a few states they realize that we don't have to go across an ocean to see the wonders in this country. Even the little things. A chapel built in the foothills of North Carolina that this guy found on a hike. The putting of the traffic cone on top of all the statues in Boston was explained and accepted. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things and the goodness that comes from that hopefully will translate into some change for us. I've not smiled nor laughed this much since ????????? Making a pan of brownies for hopefully a celebration later. USA USA USA
