  Welp at least the Ladies played and whipped Wichita State butt 68-55 - -good for them. Pretty decent crowd there would you expect anything less ? Ku forced Wichita State in to shooting 24-72 shooting, reason so many more attempts was Wichita State had like 17 more attempts killed Ku on offensive rebounding. Ku 21 turnovers but still won - -now 10-1 on the year -way to go LaDIES. - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG

Agree , true Remy can make some strong plays BUT there is a lot of times he is rally loose with the ball , there are times he tries to make the sweet pass and it gets turned over he does that rather then make the simple pass. - - His defense is HORRIBLE he gets beat constantly, BUT he is NOT alone defensively - we have work to do – lots of work

I think Jayhawk fans quickly learn how special it is to be fans of KU basketball. I was fortunate enough to be at KU when AFH was open for anyone to use during the days when it wasn’t in use for school functions. I lived down around Alabama and 23rd and would make the uphill climb on my bike every morning early and hoop it in AFH. Even playing in pickup games felt special. Always felt like basketball Gods were watching, usually probably holding their noses! lol That is a very cool Memory.

Listened to the call on the radio as a kid. My first whiff of disappointment as a KU fan. Thanks for the insight, @nwhawkfan. As I mentioned above, that was a few years before my time. I only know the result, the photo and the controversy surrounding the call. One of these days I’ll have to listen or watch an old broadcast to see it with my own eyes. Kind of amazing how different sports history could have been had instant replay and all today’s camera angles been available “back in the day”. I’d sure like to see more angles of the “Immaculate Reception” by Franco Harris b/c I still don’t exactly know how he ended up with the football. And doubtful the Royals win the '85 World Series if that Denkinger call is reviewed.
