  @RockkChalkk Pray tell why is my question condescending? I simply presented a situation not that dissimilar to what actually happened during the game…and more importantly, didn’t he draw that fouls on Hield? it was his third foul and less than a minute later drew the fourth fourth on Woodward…just sayin’…sometimes drawing the foul and going to the line can be considerably more important.

  ISU led OU most of the game at OU…the problem with ISU and OU is their short benches which will show up more towards the end of the season.,

  @wissoxfan83 Maybe you misunderstood - I wasn’t implying that Wayne was saying that to the ref. I was saying what HCBS was saying to the ref. All I did was point out that Wayne was yelling and showing emotion because he rarely ever does. And you are right about him being a pastor/chaplain? and most likely would never utter such things.

  I think the biggest question is whether they will be back next year. Some seem to think that they won’t because they’re not ready, others think that they will because the NBA is stupid, and others think since they will, Self should give them more time so he can get the most out of them while they’re here. Yet others (like myself) wonder if their lack of playing time against the cupcakes hurt their draft stock and hurt our chances come late March. Although I recognize that Self is incredible, he’s not perfect. On the other hand, he’s privy to all kinds of info I’m not privy to, so I’m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt on it.

  @drgnslayr I completely understand your reasoning. All Im saying is that OU and KU are the best teams in Div 1. I dont think Id trade rosters at all but wouldnt it be fun to have Mason, Frank, Buddy and Selden?

  @nwhawkfan Great Memories. UCLA had beaten UNC State earlier in the season (only loss for UNC State) and the game was a rematch Both team were loaded.

  @brooksmd I can go there to a point, what I can’t put my finger on is if that helps our offensive flow or production more. Personally, I think it does. Lucas shouldn’t have and wasn’t apparently particularly worn out since his playing time mostly came in the last part of the game. Where I’m not sure if if some spot substitutions for rest might have helped us at the other positions might have helped with our key folks overall productivity.

  I was back from overseas and back in college. The sun was streaming particularly bright when Bud went crazy. None of it was “In you face,” everything was done in the flow of the game.

  I know that with thiamin, it seems like you either love him or hate him, but I have always been one to enjoy his radio show while traveling for work. Here is Jim Rome’s take on this situation, he makes some very good points: "The Phoenix Suns are one of the worst teams in the league, but their owner is keeping up one of the great traditions in human history: Older folk believing that the younger generation is taking the whole world to Hell in a hand basket. The owner comes across like a total moron, but there is probably a reason Rome didn’t add either Morris to the list in bold above.
