@Crimsonorblue22 Yep we had a good one. Lots of family and friends, good food, drones flying all over the house and some rip-roaring games of dominos. My wife’s mother showed everyone she can still kick butt in dominos.

@nwhawkfan The game was a bit ugly & got real tense in the end, Rivers converted two long 4th downs on the final drive, it came down to the final play where the D came through
@Crimsonorblue22 Nephew, who has been to many KU fb games, was amazed. He said it was like a fb game broke out in the middle of the biggest street party he’s ever seen.
@jaybate-1.0 They have that in spades. I love that team. They have to be my favorite to win it all again this year. No disrespect to any current KU players in the NBA right now but Steph Curry is my favorite player. He wasnt until he started taking off on this interstellar elevation of his game. I mean I just shake my head in amazement at some of the stuff he does! Its Jordanesque. Even better in some ways. Curry seems pretty grounded and from what I remember of Jordan, not so much.

@Crimsonorblue22 Wow! What a great tree. I still have my World Series ornament from 1985. Gotta get one for this year too. (And of course, KU National Championship ones too.)
Personally, I’d add a few other KC-related things to the tree, like, say, an ornament with a picture of the Plaza lights, or maybe some mini-bottles of local barbecue sauce…
