That’s about what I do most every day. “Three under 30” is my mantra at this point. 10min/mile. LOL. Oh well, just gotta keep moving.

I did run a Turkey Trot 5K this past Thanksgiving in 24:40, but my knees just can’t take that pace every day. And if I run more than 5 miles, it just sets me back at this point, so no more longer runs. Kind of a bummer.

My 20 year old 19 minute 5K self would probably be very disappointed in my 59 year old version.
