The fountain is being rebuilt from the ground up over the winter. It needed a total recast of the base and replacement of the plumbing system. It is set to be ready for graduation 2025.

From the things I’ve read and things been hearing sure sounds like the East side reno will be done and the Stadium part will be completed in the fall of 2026 , that doesn’t include anything other then just the East side of the stadium. Talk is should be easier, and not as expensive- -less seating , no suites- - no press box, or video boards , etc. Sounds like also going to have a underground parking garage right there at the Stadium.-- -When this is all done everything included looking at rright around 759 Million Dollars

I will always wonder if Self sort of lucked out by the fact that Roy never won a championship. Since Roy didn’t win it all our fan base was open for change away from an “all offense” approach to basketball. Bill took us to a place where we stopped the run and gun… less overall excitement… and made us think about winning with low scores and defense. I still don’t understand how our attention is on defense without us having full court pressure. Totally goes against my understanding of the game. I think Bill realizes we don’t do well enough in our M2M defense to extend further on the court. So he limits us in an attempt to be better at half court defense. At this point, I just buy in because his record speaks for itself, and I’m not talking about winning two NCs… I’m talking about his winning % and ownership of the B12. The guy just flat out wins!

That is hilarious!

My brother got an MIP a week before his 21st birthday. When asked by the judge if he learned anything he said, “I’ll never do that again” (he was 21 by the court date). This feels similar.

@Marco I think Dajuan is prime this year to make a huge leap if Self gives him a real boost of time and starting spot to begin the year. Leave it to Dajuan then to keep that spot over a quickly improving Remy or others.
