A rare thing - our bench has outscored theirs - 13-0...

It’s been a fun week friends and reminiscence of Kansas from 1984-2022. I think we have turned a corner but I am cautious going forward. We have two road games against teams that likely finish in the bottom half of this conference and don’t sniff the NCAA tournament. We know how bad the road has been the last few seasons. Can we get rid of those demons? Can we bring the defense with us this time?

I'm not sure we ever get to this point but if we get to the point where darryn can finish games I like our chances against anyone

@rcjhdraft I think he probably could’ve this week but in 20 point games, no need to risk it.

Dang, sorry I had to miss this one. Looks like it was a pretty good beat down. Flory had 23? Wow. And just watched the DP highlights, happy bday! Some major talent there. This season got fun again in a hurry.

Exhausting drive in snow to Minnesota so I got to listen instead of watch. Black ice and cars off the road is about the same time KU was skidding off the lead. Roads improved same time KU improved. 2 guys on fire and no one else remotely close to on fire it sounds like. Hope my Bears do better than Baylors version on Sunday!

Totally not a game-related comment ... but i think Gus Johnson and Jimmy Jackson are now my favorite announcing duo. Head and shoulders above the rest IMO. Excellent back and forth, with JJ providing solid insight.

Carr and Yesoufoo are about as good a pair of guards as we've seen this year. Tiller was very good in the first 15 of the game. Giving Baylor credit for taking the 1 point lead in the first. Tre took good shots and no air balls they just didn't fall. Baylor matched up pretty well with us. Our big guys with 8 blocks and the team with only 4 turnovers and 8 steals.

@crimsonblu22 they actually rooted for Kansas players who were doing well! No secret anti KU or pro some other team agenda and no trying to be polite bc they went to KU and no pumping espn talking points. What a difference!

Two straight really strong performances. But we have to show we can win on the road. The next two road games at CU and KSU are critical. We have a really difficult back-end schedule. Only games remaining after those in which KU would be clear favorite are Utah, KSU, and Cincy at home. Maybe ASU on the road, but they aren't pushovers, having beaten Texas, OK and Santa Clara, and just a lost a close road game at Arizona. The other games are two against Arizona, BYU, TTU, ISU, Houston, and a road game at OSU. None of those will be easy games, even at AFH.

Carr is another case of it being hard to judge the portal. Over two years, he had scored a total of 42 points in 102 minutes while at Tennessee.
