Royals taking on Verlander and the Tigers. Salvy has made Verlander his b***h so looking for good things from him tonite. Five straight series wins, in the month of June, so let’s see if they can make it six. Merrifield bounces one over the 420 cf wall to lead things off.

Was just thinking about a favorite poster of ours in the KU BB area. He would probably say series wins during the season don’t mean anything if you don’t win the WS. Bonifacio singles in Whit. Royals 1-0, no outs.

Verlander threw the 7th and the Royals were kind enough to not make him exert himself with Whit, Boni and Cain going 3 up and down on just 7 pitches.
