Thomas Robinson decision coming soon at Lakers

Im really pulling for T Rob to stay at the Lakers. I just saw that their 7 ft center from China , Li, has asked for his release and the Lakers granted that. So, the decision remains for the Lakers to decide who will get their final spot. MWP or T Rob.
Personally, I think the play here would be to keep MWP formerly known as Ron Artest on the bench as a player/coach and then give the final roster spot to T Rob who is younger, has more to contribute.

It’s tough being the final roster spot in the NBA. Fortunately, the Lakers are rebuilding, so he may get to play more than he would on a team fighting to contend. Hopefully this is his chance to establish himself as a rotation level player in the NBA.

I feel like we’ve been waiting for him to establish rotation level player at every stop he’s had so far. I wonder if that day ever comes!
