Seemed like a “meh” second half. Okay D with occasional bright spots on offense. Nobody really outstanding except maybe Selden from 3. Did like Mason’s game underneath. Diallo showing the usual growing pains. Hope to see some improvement against Gary Payton and OSU.

I’m in favor of playing Hunter, Bragg, and Diallo over Landon and Traylor. Yet I still think they should see some minutes.
I like the approach of using our depth to overwhelm opponents.

I believe they said earlier today they were both injured and would only play if they were needed.
He rested them, he has that luxury with depth at the 5 spot.
Allowed a lot of mins for others to do well or mess up or both.

@DoubleDD agreed. A little disappointed in Mick’s 0 pts. Seemed active otherwise with not an outstanding 2nd half. Didn’t see first half yet.

God I hope so. Landon and Traylor are good enough to see some minutes. I think it’s best for KU and their national championship run. Oh and conference championship run.

Just about every player had a decent to good game. I was hoping Mickelson would do more; 0 point and 2 rebounds in 15 minutes will not cu it although in all fairness he had the lowest usage % of all the players that played at least 5 minutes.
At least look like the team practiced FTs and made 100% of them, a really good sign that will come handy in close games.
