@JayHawkFanToo Think they had 6 first half and up to 15 now.
-
Very intense game leading to turnovers…
-
Just absolutely horrific defense there
-
Why isn’t BG on the floor for FT’s?
-
He cannot play defense…
-
@brooksmd he was bad first half
-
I love HCBS. But im sorry. I absolutely despise our late half/late game stategy. Hold the ball and one guy go make a play
-
Cobbins is toast…
-
Frank one rebound from double-double.
-
@brooksmd I’m not starting Perry sat
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Unfortunately you don’t count.
-
Almost made it to 70% FT. 69.6%
-
Hahaha
-
An ugly win is still a win. But Lord, if we play like this at Hilton we’re in trouble.
-
@nwhawkfan If they play like this Sat they can stay home.
-
@nwhawkfan Ya… We’ll be longing for the days wheb we only lost by 20whatever
-
Unless we make them play ugly too. Anyone get time warner post game? Sorry jayhawkfan
-
And now, it’s time for the ESPN Coach K canonization show. And I thought you needed to perform two miracles to get named a saint…
-
@nwhawkfan Hope Dickie V wore his Depends in case he wets himself.
-
@brooksmd Thats not a question of “if”
-
Forte learned some acting from smart!!! You can’t be hurt one play, then be fine when you do good, then hurt when you get beat. Etc
-
Hmmm, is Miami gonna give the Pukies problems tonight? Well gotta go let the kids out and clean up kitchen. Later ya’ll. RCJH
-
Mason leads team in scoring and rebounding yet again. Idk how this team has won 14 games sometimes
-
@cragarhawk should start post game comments
-
@Crimsonorblue22 Okay. This is an official post game comment… 3-0 in league is hard to complain about. But i always find a way. Haha
-
I think after tonight, I’d like to see more of this lineup, which I think others have also suggested would be our best line: Mason Graham Oubre Mari Alexander
At this point, why not bring Perry off the bench. He responds in 1 of 2 ways… He says “this is BS I’m taking my starting job back” or he plays poorly with diminished confidence. If he doesn’t step up to that challenge, what kind of production are we going to get out of him come tournament time?
Also, WV is the second best team in our league, imo. Then Iowa State. Bobby Huggins knows how to coach. All the questions we have every year mid-conference about the coaching ability of Barnes, Ford, Drew, Weber… those questions don’t apply to Huggins. He’s going to have WV contending for the conference title a lot for the next decade.
-
@RedRooster As long as youre around im always really gonna feel like im worth something around here.
-
@Crimsonorblue22 That sure seemed obvious to me. I had some respect for him but I think that was a stunt and beneath him-maybe he thought he could fool KU and sneak up on them??? My guess is the KU coaches advised our boys don’t believe it for a second.
-
Watching the game now. In laws stopped by to see the baby before they go on a week long vacation so I had to wait to watch. Almost half time. I think most of my gripes were expressed by you all. Didn’t see this one though. 6’5" Selden was being guard by 5’3" Paige jr. Why not have him post up more than the one time we did at the start of the game???
-
@Kip_McSmithers We just seemed to me to run very little actual offense. Now. Whether that was because of osu’s defense or if that was perhaps just some early season stategy by our savvy sly head coach. I cannot say for certain
-
Glad it’s not a free throw contest. We suck again at them!
-
Wow, Miami blew out the Pukies in Cameron. Stupid Pukies were still challenging ballhandlers all the way to the buzzer. And Fizzoo, well the Kensucky put a 49 point whooping on the kittie-cats. The antlers must be ready to jump off the tallest building on campus.
-
@brooksmd angel made the right move!
-
Forte had 12 points 8 minutes into the game; he scored 6 the rest of the game. Once they figured out the OU plays for Forte, KU was able to greatly neutralize him; 9 of his points were from the FT line. Selden guarded him most of the time and Oubre, Mason and Graham also took turns.
Yes, there were problems but OSU was coming on a hot streak and KU managed to beat them by 10. I cannot complaint too much and it is hard to argue with the result, although I am sure some will.
On other news, Miami trounces Duke at Cameron. Former KSU player Angel Rodriguez had 24 points to lead all scorers. Can you imagine a back court of Rodriguez and Foster at KSU?

Cliff Alexander’s posterizing dunk is #1 on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays of the Day.
