Our 13th ranked Ladies off and running, they will probably be higher next poll , but they are - -3 —0 so far.
They have won 8 - 9 games so far, beating South Carolina - - -3 - - 0 - - – Beat Duke - -3 – -1 – &-- - Colgate- - - -3 - - 0- -, great start ladies , next Up Wichita State. – Leet’s do this

off the womens eankings, I’ll have to see how it lists, but would be willing to beet they move up possibly to 11th would be my guess

The ACVA rankings still has us a the 13th ranked team.- - -To nobody’s surprise- - -Yes Texas is s ranked # 1- - —& Nebraska is ranked # 2
Nebraska ha an attendence of 8,675 for the match against TCU last week. – -nothing new.

The Ladies in action tonight at 6:30 against Wichita State.
Not directly related to KU Volleyball but I’ll be dang if SMU didn’t Sweep Nebraska. NEBRASKA of all people. That just doesn’t happen, not only beating them but SWEEPING THEM-- 7,600 plus at moody last night for the Match

Ladies Still rolling. - Swept Wichita St tonight - - 3 - - 0 , - - - -25/17 – -25/21- —& 25/19 . - -Wichita St pretty decent but the Laies is tough. - -They have now won – Eleven out of Twelve sets- - -and are 4 - 0 so far on the Season - -Next up Marquette , doesn’t get any easier.
Couple of tidbits didn’t know before tonight. - - KU Ladies are SECOND in the Nation in Hitting pct on the year hitting at 400
Also w had the # 4 recruiting class in the Nation last year, this team is really , really deep.- -Hoping for a great Year - - - -ROCK CHALK

Our 13th ranked Ladies improved to 5- – 0 on the year going on the road and beat # 24 Marquette on their home floor — 21 - -25 . - - -25-- -16- -25 - -22 -25-15- - -in Marquette tourney , started slow but rebounded really well winning Match 3 - - 1/ They play tommorrow I think Western Michigan, no for sure at 1:00 - -good job ladies

Ladie now-- -6 - —0 . - - -Swept Western Michigan – - - 3-0 – — -25/22 - – -25/22- - – 25/20- - hard fought , but a win is a win.----I would think they move up in the rankings… - So far only lost 2 sets all yr.

Well Our Ladies moved up from # THIRDTEENTH in the Narion to now — -# - --ELEVEN in the Nation Great job Ladies let’s keep this rolling only lost only TWO games out of Twenty- - —FOUR out of SIX Match’s have been sweeps.
Side note-- - former number ONE Texas FELL TO sixth – - - & Former # ONE - -Nebraska - -fell to FIFTH – that just doesn’t happen- —ROK CHALK LADIES

The Lady Volleyball team continues to win.- - -We are now - 7 – -- - 0- - on the Season ranked 11 th in the Nation, Sweeping Liscomb --3 - - 0
The Ladies had THIRTHTEEN ACES TODAY --THIRTHTEEN ! ! ! - - -Ahah Elnady recorded EIGHT ACES alone , she broke the school record of seven that was set back in 1995- -Great Job.
Huge tourney coming up , ( Jay Hawk Classic ) Lots of really good teams First we play Tulsa --yet # Seven Purdue in the tourney — Then # Ten - -Creighton is also in the Tourney, going to be a HUGE challenge LET’S DO THIS LADIES - - -ROCK CHALK

Awesome job Ladies - -got to keep after it ,Thank GOD w got a veteran team , we have a Five Star , Fr–that’s going to be a Studette ( that made up word is the female version for Stud lol ) .

WOW what a match. - -The Ladies had to work BUT OUR lADIES came through 3 - - 1 - - -31/29-- – - 21/25- - - -25/22— -& 25/23 - tough , tough , tough. - -they stayed with it got the job done.- --London Davis HUGE Match with 22 — kills
Didn’t realize w are the Number ONE Hitting Percentage team in the Nation-----GREAT JOB LADIES-- -Tulsa tomorrow night

Well the Ladies nine----and—zero , now swept Tulsa last night – -another HUGE test this afternoon , the Ladies play Creighton- -which also beat Purdue – -3----1 - play at three this afternoon-- Let’s do this Ladies

Well Ladies didn’t do to bad over the weekend in the rankings, even though getting swept by Creighton— - -They are ranked # Seven by Espn & moved up to # Nine by the Coach’s

For anybody interested other s then myself some FYI our Lady Jay Hawk Ranked # 7 in ESPN poll & - -ranked # 9 in the Coach’s poll open league play tonight against UCF- - and is on ESPNU- pretty exciting stuff Believe it starts at Six , but might be six-thirty

Well the Ladies won tonight- -wish I could say they look sharp but they didn’t–kind of sleep walking for most the night. Think maybe they wasn’t taking Colorado serious enough.
Yet they won Match 3----- -1 --25/22 - – 18/25 — 28/26 -then played their best game in he last one - -25/11 . - -In the third set they were up 24/18 and CU rattled off six straight points, before you rebounded to win.-- Bottom line they hung tough even though not playing their best, won 3-----1- -and 12 ----1 on the Season & ranked – 8th in the Nation – & 3-----0 in Conference , next up WV— Good Job Ladies
