Thank you Jamari!

Does anyone know if Jamari is okay? He took a beating for us. Played his heart out and took some hard falls. Stats won’t show, but I think he played the game of his life last night and might have played longer if he could’ve. He’s a senior, he lives and breathes KU basketball, and he’s come a LONG way. Extremely proud of him today and hope he’s okay.

I have to admit Jamari played great last night, good for him. I don’t no about his injury though, but hopefully he’s okay.

@chriz I thought he cracked his head open, guess it was his back. He was limping late or I think he would have played more than last possession. I saw him helping players and getting towels to kids while he was on bench. Nice to hear your thoughts! He’s gotta be sore today!

@chriz JTray played for The Mean Streets of Chicago. This kid is street tough. I picture him on a play ground getting mugged or busted in the mouth, only to rise up and play through his pain. This kid is tops in my defensive book. He won’t make any analysts’ list, but he is all heart. In fact, if our guys follow his example, we will be entirely unstoppable. The kid is playing with wreckless abandon. He knows this is his last rodeo. He’s going to play hard and look back without little to no regrets. Rock on JTray, go for it.

Here is a link to the fall…looks pretty nasty…

@JayHawkFanToo tough one…legs got pulled out from under him a little, not on purpose.
-
Should Jamari have scissored his legs off of the guy? Why the foul on Jamari here?
-
@betterfireE no foul on the play

Not a play you see a one and done player attempt.
