LOYOLA (MD) GREYHOUNDS
-
Will do.
-
7 p.m. Tuesday night. Time Warner.
-
@wrwlumpy do you watch the pre and post game interviews? I wish everyone could get them.
-
They lost today in OT to Siena. I think we’ll be slight favorites…lol.
-
@Crimsonorblue22 I enjoyed the postgame after the Chaminade Championship. I like the trophy presentations and the postgame interviews .
-
…so, the game is once again blacked out for most Jayhawk fans in the State of Kansas and we don’t get to see the debut of Diallo…%$#%&&^%$ Zenger is got to go…
-
Time to call the local sports bar or any bar that might be showing it and do what I did for two years - nurse a beer until they switch the game at half-time to video Kareoke.
-
**Ok, let me introduce you to first row. http://firstrowsportes.eu/
How to use it: Find the game you want, and click on it. Below it, you will see Link 1, link 2, etc. Right click link 2, and open in a new tab. You will see 3 pop ups block the screen: the first one says :close ads". Click on that - it will open a new tab. Go to that new tab, and click the very small x on the remaining pop up that is on the far right. then click the last popup, and there is your game.**
-
Or let me introduce stream2watch.com Works the same way KUSTEVE said. DON’T download anything, it’s not necessary. I watched dozens of Sox games this summer on it. Really works pretty well.
-
Would there be a large sense or irony if the Layola Maryland Greyhounds ran the Promceton offense?
-
I feel your pain. That totally sucks!
-
I am very sorry to all impacted by the blackout and TWC. I, on the other hand, will sit comfortably in my KU den in the basement, with a cool drink, watching Diallo’s debut tonight. All a product of my wife’s decision to switch to Comcast.
Again, while I am truly sorry for your pain, I don’t actually “feel your pain.”
-
@JayHawkFanToo after our big ice storm, my cable wire was pulled off the pole by my neighbors tree limbs. Sooo I have no tv till dec 8. But, I invited myself over to the other neighbor to watch the game. And… They are leaving for a few days so I will be able to watch sat game too! At least I have power, quite a few still don’t have it.

@KUSTEVE no wifi either, but thx! My neighbors are cool and KU fans!
-
@wissoxfan83 Do you have to become a member? I hesitated to follow thru with it before asking you.
-
@Crimsonorblue22 you do have internet, right?
-
@KUSTEVE no home phone, tv or internet. Have the bundle. I just upped my data per month, but will probably use most of it during this time.
-
@KUSTEVE No membership required. I used to use the firstrow link you cited but it was unreliable for me. Fortunately for me however I have ESPN3 available tonight.
-
@clark_goble: Remember SJ from The Blind Side? Well, the real SJ (Sean Tuohy Jr.) plays for Loyola, KU’s opponent tonight #kubball https://t.co/0BERek8gdi

Karma is a…well, you know what. Wait until you have an issue with Comcast and experience first hand what is universally considered the worst Customer Service Department in the business…any business.
When I first moved to my current home, Comcast was the only service available and the first time another became available I switched immediately, as did most of my neighbors. Last year, when I looked into switching back to Comcast (obviously due to %$@#@^*%’ Zenger) I got so much conflicting information from everyone I talked, culmination with the rep. at the Olathe Office saying that their on-lime reps were idiots and did not know what they were talking about that I decided that was a firm I did not need doing business with. YMMV.
-
@JayHawkFanToo I would have to have it!
-
@JayHawkFanToo You’re right … my unburied cable has been laying in my yard for four months now. But the price vs ATT was much better. We had router issues with ATT they couldn’t seem to fix. For what it’s worth, I bought Comcast stock about 5 years ago and rode until about mid-2014. Not bad.
-
@JayHawkFanToo I would argue that Charter is the equal of Comcast. Because I have Tivo I use MOCA (Multimedia Over Coax Alliance) to feed my Tivo Mini’s in other rooms since my house is wired with cable but not Cat 5. I have yet to have a tech come out that knows what MOCA is, but is confident that whatever problem I may have is related to my MOCA equipment. I have even told customer service if the tech doesn’t know MOCA don’t bother having anyone come out. Hell most of the time the tech doesn’t have the means to even measure signal strength to the house. But at least with Charter I have ESPN3.
-
I do have the entire Sports Tier and ESPN3…however, thanks to $^%&&@ Zenger, it is blacked out…
-
@JayHawkFanToo I think you may have called our esteemed A.D. a dirty name. Shame on you.
-
ALright KU fans. Whats the over/under on the game tonight? Can KU eck out a win against big bad Loyola tonight? BWhahahahaha!
-
@Lulufulu KU 104-65 Diallo 18 mins 3 pfs 8pts 5rbs 2blks 0ast 3tos. 1 standing ovation when he Cheicks into the game
-
Hawks, 93-72. Diallo with 11 points, 7 boards. 2 blocks.
RE: the Jesuits:
Lots of Jesuit-run schools, since they’re located mostly in big cities, concentrate on hoops and have pretty good basketball traditions (Gonzaga, Georgetown, Marquette, etc.). Fortunately these guys aren’t anywhere in that ballpark.
-
…“a” dirty name? Make that several…:D
